Chef Daniel Hatcher is putting a spin on a picnic spread and sharing their take on a new chicken wing dish.
Daniel Hatcher, the Chef de Cuisine at Hotel ZaZa Austin, has been in the restaurant business for over 23 years. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Hatcher grew up inspired by Julia Child and his grandmother’s love of cooking. Hatcher has brought his Cajun influences and experiences to Austin and has been residing here for the last 5 years.
